The 11th European Individual Men and Women’s Chess Championship will be held from 6th to 19th of March 2010 in Rijeka, Croatia.590 chess players take part(women and male in 2 differents tournaments) among whom there are 246 grandmasters.the favorites to get the tittle should be  Bacrot or Movsesian if we look only on  ratings  .
